This extra virgin olive oil results from the careful selection of centenarian and traditional olive varieties Cobrançosa and Verdeal from olives grown in the Trás-os-Montes region in Portugal. Harvested at peak ripeness, the oil is immediately extracted at the mill. It has a very fresh aroma, with notes of fresh olive, herb and tomato and flavor blends of chicory, arugula, herbs and olive leaf. Cold extraction.
 
Extra Virgin Oil is to be savored, use it with raw or medium cooked meal for best results. You can also use it as a condiment for pasta.
